The location is ideal for theme parks. The breakfast selection was disappointing and the staff seemed uninterested.

We had a wonderful and short stay. The location was perfect for our family, and the size of our room was excellent. Despite a few minor issues, we appreciated the complimentary drinks and the friendly bartender. I'll recommend this hotel.

Despite some drawbacks, my stay at this Orlando hotel was overall enjoyable. The spacious rooms with stunning views, especially from the 12th floor deck, were a highlight. The complimentary breakfast, although lacking in variety, was decent, and the complimentary wine and beer were a nice touch. The location was perfect, with easy access to Universal Studios and nearby restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing amenities such as free Wi-Fi and a shuttle service.
The hotel policy of not allowing guests to use the shuttle service until after check-in was a major inconvenience. This made the whole purpose of choosing this hotel, especially for its shuttle service to Disney, pointless.

Rooftop bar, pool, and hot tub with free beer, wine, and munchies until evening. Friendly staff, close to restaurants and attractions.
Felt so relaxed, no complaint.

we had a great stay at Ramada. perfect location with great view of universal studios. heaps of car parking spots. the staff were great, especially the housekeeping lady who looked after us. she would greet me every morning with a smile and hello. breakfast was good for what we needed. i had a very uncomfy mattress for the first 2 nights then when i told them about it, a new mattress was up in about 5 mins. never have i ever had great service like that!

I chose this hotel solely for its proximity to Universal Orlando Resort and its free daily shuttle service. However, the surprise of having guest service agents available for assistance was a pleasant bonus. Additionally, the access to the lounge with complimentary afternoon snacks and drinks on the top four Club Floors was a delightful perk.
Zero value for money.
